Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. I recently had my eyebrows done at Resiân, and I’m really pleased with the results! The service was professional, the environment was clean and welcoming, and eyebrow technician took the time to listen to what I wanted. I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.

I’ve been coming back to this salon three times in a row now, and every visit has been a great experience. Rose has done my haircut each time, and she is absolutely lovely. She really listens to your concerns, understands exactly what you want, and delivers it perfectly. I always feel comfortable and confident in her hands. I also had my eyebrows threaded yesterday by Aarti, and she did an excellent job. Very neat and gentle, and I was really happy with the result. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service at a very reasonable price. A place you can truly trust.

Laura is always professional with her pedicures - the old colour is removed, nails trimmed and gel varnish reapplied. She carries a good range of colours. All in the comfort of your own home - essential for me, being disabled. I can't thank her enough!

Fabulous service as usual. Sonia is lovely. She is professional, speedy and does a great job of waxing my eyebrows every time.

Lovely lady. Made me feel comfortable. The eyebrow threading was pain free and looks amazing. The waxing was fabulous.

My first visit and Shaf was very welcoming. Happy with eyebrow threading. Patch test done for future tints.
