Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.

Sue did an excellent job on my eyelashes. I had a hybrid individual lash combo with fans. They look really natural and I have had lots of positive feedback. I am writing this feedback a week later after they were put on and the lashes look as good as the day they were put in. So also value for money.

Always a pleasure to see Maddie. She is the loveliest, most professional tech ever. It's always an amazing experience and from the moment you arrive you are made to feel comfortable and pampered. My brows have never looked better: perfectly shaped, natural yet defined. The lash lift process was seamless, and I absolutely love the result—I look like I have extensions on. Booked in for a neck and shoulder massage, lash lift and tint. It was my first time visiting J'adore and I can definitely say I will be back. Kuljits massage was amazing one of the best I have had to date, and I have had a few, I will definitely be rebooking for the full body as my next treat. Well done ladies keep up the good work :)
