Her attention to detail to make sure you are looked after and your treatment goes smoothly is excellent. Susan was truly amazing! She made me feel right at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I had a full leg, underarm and eyebrow wax which were done beautifully and I also had a Brazilian wax which I’d never had before and was quite nervous beforehand but Susan made me relaxed and spoke to me throughout and explained what she was doing which I really appreciated, and I found it wasn’t as painful as I thought it was going to be!
