Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Great facial treatment by Ate Vera and iv drip by Ate Janice. I was nervous in both as needles are involved but they were all supportive and making a lot of distraction for my pain. 😆 No pain, No gain! 😅 Thank you to Ate Lai for the yellow squishy ball. 😊 There was a lot of laughter and encouraging in the mix with all three wonderful ladies of KiLai. ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended to all who wants to feel their best, may it be your health or your skin, KiLai have the solution for it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. Trusting someone with your face is so scary but she made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She was so gentle, patient, and really listened to my concerns. My facial left my skin feeling calm, refreshed, and glowing with no irritation at all. She also did my eyebrows beautifully — they looked so clean, natural, and suited my face perfectly. On top of that, her prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you receive. You can truly tell how much care and attention she puts into her work. This was my first time at Kilai. I managed to talk my Husband into coming for his first facial with me ( a couples facial ) 😂. Surprisingly he said he thought he was not going to like It but did. He actually loves it ! The girls made our experience a very enjoyable one filled with laughter. They explained what they were doing at all times and made myself and my Husband very comfortable. I recently had my brows done by Twinkle, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She did an absolutely amazing job! From the moment I sat down, she was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. Her attention to detail is incredible, and it truly shows in her work.
