Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I had an amazing experience getting a facial again at elva esthetics! Linsey was knowledgeable, explained every step of the process, and tailored the treatment to my skin type. Working with Ate Lai on my acne prone skin journey since September. Combining the laser treatment and the derma facial in between sessions. So far I am seeing a change after evey session. Her advises and knowledge has helped me with post care and everything else in between. Highly recommended.

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

The best facial yet!!!! It was so relaxing that I fell asleep halfway through the procedure. Viera is a phenomenal aesthetician/beauty expert. I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! This was my first time at Kilai. I managed to talk my Husband into coming for his first facial with me ( a couples facial ) 😂. Surprisingly he said he thought he was not going to like It but did. He actually loves it ! The girls made our experience a very enjoyable one filled with laughter. They explained what they were doing at all times and made myself and my Husband very comfortable.
