Katrina was so patient in answering my many questions before and during my session (which I absolutely enjoyed - especially the hot towel treatment). Compared to other facials I have had, I noticed a difference, even Geoff stated that my skin looked better (and he notices NOTHING). I look forward to returning to have Katrina perform her magic on another facial and special treatment. She recommended for me to consider needling, which I would never have thought of. This was my first time at Kilai. I managed to talk my Husband into coming for his first facial with me ( a couples facial ) 😂. Surprisingly he said he thought he was not going to like It but did. Ashley created a quiet space where excessive talking was not necessary, while she still explained what she was doing and answered questions. The products used felt good on my skin.
