Great facial treatment by Ate Vera and iv drip by Ate Janice. I was nervous in both as needles are involved but they were all supportive and making a lot of distraction for my pain. 😆 No pain, No gain! 😅 Thank you to Ate Lai for the yellow squishy ball. 😊 There was a lot of laughter and encouraging in the mix with all three wonderful ladies of KiLai. ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended to all who wants to feel their best, may it be your health or your skin, KiLai have the solution for it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The best facial yet!!!! It was so relaxing that I fell asleep halfway through the procedure. Viera is a phenomenal aesthetician/beauty expert. I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! I strongly recommend Kilai Skin, especially if you live in the Hamilton area.

Atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Arigi gave a wonderful facial. She was very pleasant and professional. Will definitely return.

My facial with Ashley was wonderful! Her gentle touch was soothing as was the peaceful music. Ashley created a quiet space where excessive talking was not necessary, while she still explained what she was doing and answered questions. The products used felt good on my skin. My face feels deeply moisturized and looks rejuvenated !
