Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I had an amazing experience getting a facial again at elva esthetics! Linsey was knowledgeable, explained every step of the process, and tailored the treatment to my skin type. The products used felt luxurious, and my skin was glowing by the end of the session. The environment was clean, calming, and beautifully set up—exactly what you’d want in a skincare clinic or spa.

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

From the moment I sat down, she was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. Her attention to detail is incredible, and it truly shows in her work. My brows have never looked this clean, natural, and perfectly shaped. Twinkle clearly has a talent for what she does, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their brows done. My facial with Ashley was wonderful! Her gentle touch was soothing as was the peaceful music. Ashley created a quiet space where excessive talking was not necessary, while she still explained what she was doing and answered questions. The products used felt good on my skin. My face feels deeply moisturized and looks rejuvenated !
