Very happy customer here! First time getting my eyebrows done and I am so glad I chose Kilai Skin Glow, Lash and Brow. Lai patiently answered all my questions and concerns before, during and after the procedure ( I had so many questions, lol) Lai made sure I was comfortable and pain free the whole time. Diana is meticulous and expertly makes my brows and lashes look their best every time. This was my first pedicure at the studio and Olya gave me the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life - nails prepped and polished to perfection, my skin has never felt more smooth. Jaelyn is the best lash tech ever! Not only did she accommodate to any and all of my needs, but she kept the entire visit so fun. She is so sweet and friendly, was the BEST hype girl, and my experiences with her are always the best. There is no one i would rather go to for any lash service. Its been ten days, my lashes look fantastic and i could not count how many compliments i have gotten. Strangers will approach me on the street and tell me how gorgeous and cute my lashes are! Shes awesome, truly the best lash tech there is!!!!
