Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Katrina was so patient in answering my many questions before and during my session (which I absolutely enjoyed - especially the hot towel treatment). Compared to other facials I have had, I noticed a difference, even Geoff stated that my skin looked better (and he notices NOTHING). I look forward to returning to have Katrina perform her magic on another facial and special treatment. She recommended for me to consider needling, which I would never have thought of. I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

This was my first time at Kilai. I managed to talk my Husband into coming for his first facial with me ( a couples facial ) 😂. Surprisingly he said he thought he was not going to like It but did. He actually loves it ! The girls made our experience a very enjoyable one filled with laughter. They explained what they were doing at all times and made myself and my Husband very comfortable.
