I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

Working with Ate Lai on my acne prone skin journey since September. Combining the laser treatment and the derma facial in between sessions. So far I am seeing a change after evey session. Her advises and knowledge has helped me with post care and everything else in between. Highly recommended.

Katrina was so patient in answering my many questions before and during my session (which I absolutely enjoyed - especially the hot towel treatment). Compared to other facials I have had, I noticed a difference, even Geoff stated that my skin looked better (and he notices NOTHING). The best facial yet!!!! It was so relaxing that I fell asleep halfway through the procedure. Viera is a phenomenal aesthetician/beauty expert. She ensures that you are enjoying the process from start to finish. Healthy glowing clear skin is the added bonus. Plus relaxed shoulders and scalp. I will definitely book my next one soon.

This was my first time at Fourth Avenue and Ella was amazing! The facial was fantastic! She listened to everything and applied it during the appointment. Her technique was spot on and massage skills were phenomenal. I caught myself snoring from how relaxed I was. My skin also looks so fresh and plump. Can't wait for my next appointment!
