Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

Trusting someone with your face is so scary but she made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She was so gentle, patient, and really listened to my concerns. My facial left my skin feeling calm, refreshed, and glowing with no irritation at all. She also did my eyebrows beautifully — they looked so clean, natural, and suited my face perfectly. On top of that, her prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you receive. You can truly tell how much care and attention she puts into her work. From the moment I sat down, she was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. Her attention to detail is incredible, and it truly shows in her work. My brows have never looked this clean, natural, and perfectly shaped. Twinkle clearly has a talent for what she does, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their brows done.
