Sugar Beauty never ever disappoints! Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. Samantha is the owner of Sugr Sugr. I visited her today at the Merivale location for a full Brazilian sugar wax, and she was great. My first visit was a great experience, but it was my first time, so it did hurt a bit. However, I had an acceptable pain tolerance during the service. With the mask on afterward, it had a cooling sensation, which felt nice. She is nice, kind, and caring towards her clients (e.g., asking me if I am doing okay during and after the service). I will come back to see her for her waxing or sugar services at either this location or her Westboro location.

When I went for my waxing appointment I was nicely greeted when I came in. The big room is bright and clean and mainly there is not a bad strong smell of nail polish! The small room where I received my service was very clean and comfortable. Lily was professional, respectful, agreeable and very pleasant. She made sure that I was comfortable during the service. Indeed a very positive experience. I will definitely go back and try other services offered at that location.

She is well-versed in all skin types which is evident by the kind manner in which she answers questions. Not only was she incredibly professional, she took the time before the appointment to explain the process step by step and afterwards she provided useful advice for effective maintenance. Amazing waxing service at Face Haven Skin and Wax Studio! My esthetician was very efficient and professional, and if there is a way for waxing to be a pleasant experience, she did it! Will definitely be back.
