Samantha is the owner of Sugr Sugr. I visited her today at the Merivale location for a full Brazilian sugar wax, and she was great. My first visit was a great experience, but it was my first time, so it did hurt a bit. However, I had an acceptable pain tolerance during the service. With the mask on afterward, it had a cooling sensation, which felt nice. She is nice, kind, and caring towards her clients (e.g., asking me if I am doing okay during and after the service). I will come back to see her for her waxing or sugar services at either this location or her Westboro location.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting AG Spa, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The spa itself is impeccably clean and wonderfully professional. Nika's facial was simply phenomenal. She has an incredible touch and her expertise truly shone through. Naji's massage was equally impressive. He skillfully addressed all my tension areas, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. His technique was perfect, and I appreciated his attentive approach.

The space was spotless, serene, and felt like a Zen-inspired retreat, with thoughtfully curated interior design touches that added to the calming atmosphere. Nika spent a full, focused hour on my pedicure, giving incredible attention to every detail. She followed it with a soothing facial that left my skin glowing all day. She was professional, kind and very customer focused and explained all the stages and products used on my skin. I 100% recommend this place and will definitely be going back!

This was my first visit and although I hesitated at first, once I was welcomed by Neeka inside, any worries I had melted away. A beautiful, clean and calming environment wrapped me up as I prepared for my Indian head massage (including feet and lower legs) and an amazing facial. Throw in some last minute threading and I was absolutely glowing 2 hours later. I purchased a package of future facials as I will definitely be back. Thank you AG Spa, I needed that.

Staff were amazing! From the moment I walked in, everyone's was friendly, professional and quick! The vibes in the salon are very "Women's Power" vibe which was beautiful and welcoming. When getting the actual wax done, the waxer made sure I was well engaged in conversation to ignore the pain- (or in the case, lack there of!!!) this was my first treatment where it was completely painless. My experience with Trulyglowskin was by far the best waxing experience I have ever had! Ingrid is an aspiring young business owner…She is very professional and clean in the work she does. She is also certified and knows exactly what she is doing. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Ingrid also makes and sells her own body scrub which smells heavenly! Trulyglowskin is the only place I am going to for waxing from now on and I recommend everyone to schedule an appointment with Ingrid, especially if it is your first time getting waxed.
