Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. When I went for my waxing appointment I was nicely greeted when I came in. The big room is bright and clean and mainly there is not a bad strong smell of nail polish! The small room where I received my service was very clean and comfortable. Lily was professional, respectful, agreeable and very pleasant. She made sure that I was comfortable during the service. Indeed a very positive experience. I will definitely go back and try other services offered at that location.

My experience was great. I drew a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and lisa brought them to life in the best way possible. She was kind and precise. I've never had someone take so much care as to the shape of my nails. Lisa regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. If I needed anything, if I was too hot if I needed water. If the pressure was okay on my nails. I've never had better service. Would whole heartedly recommend.

I have visited this place so many times but only this time my nail polish application was not the best. It’s also sad that the lady who perform the mani/pedi didn’t speak English so it was hard for me to communicate and to understand her.
