So many options to choose from! Relaxing in the Normatec Compression Boots watching Netflix, Infrared or Traditional Sauna, Ice Bath, Red Light Therapy or Oxygen Airpod. A great place to recover so you can continue training hard and performing at a high level in your chosen field.

The ladies there are very friendly, just lovely service. They have a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Nice relaxing background music. They really know what they are doing. I had a very bad aching back and can barely move my lower back before I had my massage but thanks to Julie she fixed it. I feel so relaxed after. Slept like a baby.

I had my very first lymphatic drainage session with Lauren yes and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Did the infrared sauna and it was an amazing experience , feeling so refreshed and relaxed , will definitely do this again .

Brilliant experience-I arrived a few minutes early and was warmly greeted and taken immediately to the sauna room, which was all clean and tidy and ready to go. Timer set and I wasn’t interrupted for the whole session. The place smells amazing and the music is very relaxing. Great job Cure HQ. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
