Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

This was my second visit with Pualla and it didn’t disappoint. She continues to work on a pinched nerve I’ve been dealing with for months now. She puts a lot of effort into trying to get the body back to normal. I’ve tried chiropractic care, acupuncture, and physical therapy….Pualla beats them all by a long way. The receptionists at the front desk are very helpful and encouraged me to get a referral so my insurance can cover my physical therapy appointments. Once that was complete, I went in the very next day and received excellent treatment from the providers which included cupping and massage. Im 100% returning. The space is exceptionally clean and tidy which is also a plus

Absolutely the best experience all the way around!! I truly cannot say enough about how special this place is… If I could come every week or more I would- and it’s so budget friendly that it’s actually possible to do so! This hidden gem is the full package for massage, pampering, stretching, “chiropractic” therapy, mental/emotional/physical health, I could seriously just go on and on and on with praise! SB is amazing. I have issues with my upper vertebrae collapsed C1 and C2 with inflammation and arthritis. I have arthritis issues in my feet, and back. I have been a client with SB for 3+ years. Her techniques are keeping me from having to have surgery. She specializes in Soft tissue therapy/ massage, fascia work, and medical massage. I was reluctant to go to a massage therapist for my symptoms, but didn't want to be on medications or end up having surgery. She sat me down and we discussed my issues and came up with a plan. I got your back massage therapy office is professional, compassionate, and caring! In today’s world the staff here are exceptional. Nick, the massage therapist, has hands of an Angel. Each time I’ve been in there he works out any issues that I have. They are caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend to anyone I got your back massage therapy. I have also had the water therapy, which was phenomenal! I was worried I would be claustrophobia. it was one of the most relaxing therapies I’ve ever had in my life. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Latasha is an excellent therapist and person. I’ve been getting professional massages regularly for 20 years and by many therapists and she is by far one of the very best! I don’t have to say a word to her and she finds every little ache and pain just by her expertise and natural instincts. She truly has a gift of touch and healing therapy. She also happens to be a very honest and down to earth person and is always eager to offer wellness recommendations whenever possible. Highly recommend!

I had my first visit to Royal Salt Cave today for an infrared sauna session, and it was such a relaxing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and exactly what I needed to unwind. Laura was wonderful—she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I left feeling refreshed and recharged. I'll definitely be back to try the Himalayan Salt Therapy next. Highly recommend if you're looking for a little self-care and relaxation!

This wellness Med Spa is the greatest with a multitude of therapies. The med treatments and membership can be reported on your taxes because it is a Med Spa. It is worth every penny and pricing is extraordinarily fair as the owners Jann and Maurice believe all should have access. They do lymphatic massages, hyperbaric chambers, IR therapy, endermology and it goes on from there. I have been a member for almost 8 years. They also do personal training and you can be a member and buy a package with all included! Warning: they are not sales peopls so you have to ask about what they offer!

If’s me and my partner first time in this place. We truly satisfied with their service. We both had Thai massage . My partner had Tee , a male therapist and I had Anne. It’s an authentic Thai massage experience that we never had before . It is situated in a small office area but clean and neat inside. We will definitely go back again ..

Tiffany is the best I’ve found for deep tissue massage and releasing the tension in my muscles. Since being in a car accident almost two years ago, I’ve been to three chiropractors, physical therapy, and another massage therapist, and I’ve had dry needling and trigger point therapy many times. Some of these practitioners helped my muscle tension, but the relief was short term, and I didn’t feel like I was making a lot of progress overall. After the first visit with Tiffany, I could feel a difference, and I have been improving with each visit.

Absolutely incredible therapist! After 2 years of upper back/neck pain related to my job as a nurse, massage, physical therapy, MRI, steroid injections, and chiropractor visits, Robert made more improvement in one visit than all the other things combined. He intuitively knows where the right spots are and how to work them out, and his music choices and singing are perfect. He is also very respectful and took my comfort very seriously.

Amazing results today as I had cranial therapy massage. A few years back i suffered from a mild stroke and have been bothered by equilibrium issues, along with positional vertigo and mining of the ears. My remarkable results that I been getting by benefiting from these amazing treatments from Jess my therapist has been remarkable. I have been seeing her for a few months now. I can finally tilt and bend over with out falling. My ears have begun to settle down with the ringing and whoosing sounds. It's amazing results when you allow your body to heal and be in alignment with is natural
