Beautiful venue. The set up is tranquil and gives a serene vibe that's just perfect for relaxation. My therapist was exceptional, as well as kind and considerate to my needs. I was given time to change, use the facilities and provided with a gown, slippers and disposable undergarments. I was offered refreshments after the treatment. I absolutely recommend Ida Spa

The atmosphere was relaxing, the massage room is nice and big. The masseuse was really kind and understood my needs. She made sure the pressure is alright and took the heaviness off my shoulders. I feel lighter now 🫢 for sure I will come back.

My wife and I enjoyed once again our fourth day of our 5 day Balneo Spa Packages. Sorina at the main reception and the girls at the spa reception greeted us pleasantly. Costic at the pool, Maria and Ivana at the therapy rooms were very good and treated us well. Overall we had a wonderfull spa day today.

Hello, I had a 90-minute Signature Ida massage. Overall, the massage was very nice and relaxing. However, during the head and shoulders portion, the therapist was seated and appeared to fall asleep for about 10–15 minutes and woke up in between. I’m not sure if this was an isolated incident because one of my friends mentioned a similar experience during the same part of the massage, which makes me think it might be recurring. The therapist may be exhausted, which is understandable, but I believe this should be addressed to ensure consistent quality of the service
