The hair dresser was excellent as usual and the experience with the nail was great too. However, there was a delay due to network issues while making payment and I had to use the POS outside the salon. I missed an appointment due to this delay and this was not a good experience. You could get Moniepoint POS which is usually guaranteed.

I am very happy with my pedicure at We Nailed It! Peter did an absolutely fantastic job. From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless, professional, and welcoming; he took his time, was attentive throughout, and made sure I was happy at every step. The staff were wonderful and I enjoyed my ginger tea and chin chin! A beautiful salon and a 10/10 experience. I’ll be back 🙂

Lovely atmosphere and lovely girls. Pedicure was and us still great. Unfortunately, my manicure polish (not gel) is already smeared. Perhaps I didn't give it a dew hours to fully dry.

Wonderful massage and staff. Loved the view too.

Silver is professional, customer service is excellent and she’s very knowledgeable and intentional with her service. She has worked on me, my daughter and most recently my mum. 10/10 each time. Highly recommended.

My experience at your spa was awesome 💯 The customer service is topnotch, the pedicure and manicure therapists are wonderful, informing me of anything they are putting in the water. The massage therapist also, she was telling me to let her know if I'm experiencing any type of inconvenience during the massage, she was so gentle with my skin. The lady that did my facials was so nice also and gentle with my face, while popping those black heads, she was saying sorry every now and then. And the lady that welcomed us, she said she's the operation manager or so, she was so nice and kind. 👍👍👍💯

Right from the security at the gate, it was courteousness, professionalism and efficiency. I have very sensitive scalp but my stylist, Success was so gentle yet thorough with my hair and for the first time, I am rocking my natural hair boldly. My first time in person, as I've bought products previously. Was treated like royalty. The ladies were professional, fast and very quiet and focused. My hair colour and twists (and my nails) are great. My bill was hefty but I couldn't resist getting some products too to use back home in Port Harcourt. To improve on the very bad phone network. Customers who were required to be online were periodically going outside to take calls/connect. For a first timer coming from the other end of the street where there's no. 5, it was time-wasting looking for no. 3 at the other end of the street.

Your personnel were very professional and that is a plus. Also love the ambience!! I enjoyed my experience- the primary challenge was when it was time to shower after my body scrub, water was lukewarm regardless of regulation of the handle. Body wash retainer also needed refilling but I didn’t bother flagging. Just managed through. These are minor things that will not dissuade me from visiting again.
