I had a microdermabrasion facial and a winter warmer massage later in a week and both are incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Jason.......Sports Massage I had a deep/ soft tissue sports massage with Jason yesterday. It was a very good experience and I felt really good after. Jason was very reassuring and explained each step to me. Having had deep tissue sports massages in the past, I was a bit concerned, due to the previous ones having been a bit to painful for my liking. But Jason put me at ease all the way. The massage was firm but not uncomfortable, and I felt so much better after. I thoroughly recommend this deep/ soft tissue massage. Thank you so much Jason.

Claire is so knowledgable and supportive. I booked in with her following the after effects of a tick bite, Lyme disease and subsequent antibiotics.
