When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. I had a postnatal massage and took baby with me. It worked really well. It was such a relaxing space baby slept. The massage was set up flexibly if I needed to stop, comfort baby or feed. Such a rare thing to be able to work around baby and still have some therapeutic time and space for mums to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this treatment for new mums, a real treat .

I had a prenatal massage with Lucy, she made me feel really welcome. I loved the idea of the affirmation cards to start with before the massage began. The pressure was perfect and I felt really relaxed throughout the whole massage, thank you again I really enjoyed it and I think the little one did too :)x

I had a full body massage and reflexology. Being a busy mum this was an amazing escape to relax and unwind. Sometimes full body massages can be over all too fast but this was just perfect. I felt revived after my treatment and will definitely be booking again in the future.

The whole experience from start to finish was just amazing. As someone who struggles to relax at times I was made to feel comfortable straight away. Lucy was not only great at creating the right environment, she explained exactly what she was going to do and how the oils would balance and work with my body. Lucy was very considerate of my personal needs and asked me about music choice which was important for me. I can honestly say this was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Felt like a new person after I left and will be booking on again.

I can’t recommend Lucy enough! I had the reflexology and leg massage and everything about it was amazing. Lucy put me at ease straight away, explained the treatment and sought information on what I’d like to get from the session. She then began the treatment with some breathing exercises to help me relax and get the most out of the experience. It was so good that I booked my next appointment there and then!
