Today I did the 1to1 breathwork session with the beautiful Angela and wow what an experience. Having a naughty monkey mind Angela kept a watch and breathed with me when I needed the encouragement. The music, Angela's voice, the equipment and fragrances used made this an experience I wont forget!. I felt safe, I felt held, I experienced another level of the breathwork experience with Angela guiding me along the process. My one-to-one session with Ang took everything to a completely different level. We moved through deeply stuck energy with profound releases — from crying, to rage, to feeling energetically sick — as my body let go of what it had been holding onto for so long. Then I was lifted into the most beautiful, peaceful place within myself, before being gently guided back into my body to fully release the trauma that had been holding me back.
