Kieran really worked on my tight calves today, we discussed before hand what areas I would like him to work on and he checked during the massage regarding the pressure used It was hot today but lovely cool fan’s going and cold water to drink at the end

This was my second visit to Lauren for a full body massage and it was even better than the last!! Lauren asked me how my body had been feeling and specifically the targets areas that I asked to be worked on. I spoke about how much better they had been and also how I’d been having issues with my legs. So Lauren went to work and wow was it a good session. I had a sports massage, Kerry was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Ive had an ongoing issue with my shoulder which Kerry focused her time on, my shoulder feels the best it's felt in a very long time. The sport massage was great, Kerry is very knowledgeable and understands how work certain areas and I injures. Will be booking one again very soon. xx
