From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfect for unwinding. The scalp massage was incredibly soothing and the products left my hair feeling clean, soft, and refreshed. I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. Such a beautiful, relaxing experience 💙 I treated myself to a head spa session and honestly it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm and welcoming. The scalp massage was so soothing and my hair felt clean, soft and refreshed afterwards. I loved sitting in a comfy chair while my hair dried under the stand-alone dryer, with a coffee and biscuits - such a lovely touch. The whole experience felt like a proper reset. I had such a lovely experience at the head spa. The whole treatment felt incredibly calming and well thought out from start to finish. The scalp massage was deeply relaxing and really helped me switch off for a while. My hair felt noticeably lighter, cleaner, and much softer afterwards. It was such a refreshing experience and a great way to take some time for self-care. The service was professional and the environment was very peaceful. I left feeling refreshed and would happily recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing hair and scalp treatment.

A lovely relaxing experience with Oksana, and a totally wonderful Indian head massage! I left feeling rejuvenated and like a new woman!

Kerry gave me a 1 hour and 30 minute deep tissue sports massage, and I was really impressed. She explained the reasons for my pain and eased it by releasing trigger points. She also recommended I see an osteopath and was more helpful than any GP I’ve seen. I finally felt understood, not dismissed, and I slept so well after the massage. I highly recommend her. She helped me understand the connection between my overall body pain and my diagnoses, including endometriosis, hypermobility, scoliosis, and a slipped disc.
