Jamie is amazing, she is caring and knowledgeable. After the first appointment for a sport massage I felt an immediate relief and I regained a lot of range of motion in my legs and with very decreased pain. It was perfect to get me back to sports and it is the first time I see such an immediate and big difference with a massage. I also had a full body massage and it was bliss. I am currently booking regular appointments as Jamie is great! Recommend if you are trying to get back into sports

We LOVED having a massage in the comfort of our own home it meant after the massage we could relax & sleep as the massage was in the evening.
