Had a deep tissue massage today with Tracy. She really got deep in and under my shoulders and got the knots out. The massage pressure was really firm as requested and really helped release a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back! Thank you, Tracy! 10/10.

I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back. Wow this young lady has movie in the palm of hers hands! Such a beautiful, relaxing experience. I had the Hawaii massage, dermaplan luxury facial and my brows waxed and tinted. Lolly Ann was very knowledgeable and didn’t over share! Which I LOVE! She was very professional and extremely welcoming, just the right amount of both. Her Indian head massage as part of the full body was FABULOUS! She was accommodating to my needs of wanting my stomach massaged too and seemed informed about lymphatic drainage. I had a New Year treat today with a pedicure, neck and back massage and a Dermalogica pro-skin facial - what bliss! Helen gives wonderful treatments and I look forward to my next visit.

I had a Swedish body massage with Hannah, she was lovely, friendly and put you at ease. She explained everything and carried out a very good relaxing massage. Also as it is hot at the moment, she had a cool fan on, which made the experience more comfortable and the room was very ambient with relaxing music.
