Very welcoming, had a discussion before we began about the pressure l liked, what I expected to gain from the treatment and if I had any problem areas or areas I would like her to concentrate on Faith mentioned the room temperature if I was happy with it and to let her know at any time if I was hot Faith checked l was comfortable before she began, checked if I was happy with the pressure she was using during the massage Very relaxing and calming environment Came away feeling very relaxed and zoned out

My first massage with Lauren and my first ever pregnancy massage and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Lauren is lovely and welcoming and I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I feel relaxed and my body feels revived, just what you need during pregnancy. I will definitely be returning for more!

I had the Gold Package at Jemma’s Japanese Head Spa today and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Every step felt thoughtful and luxurious, especially the scalp massage—it completely melted away my tension! My scalp felt refreshed, my hair was noticeably softer, and the facial left my skin looking brighter. The water therapy and unique finishing touches made the whole experience even more calming 🫶🏻 A big thank you to Jemma for such a wonderful experience—I walked out feeling completely reset. I have just had Colombian wood therapy with Alice. What an amazing treatment. The perfect mix of relaxation and massage with using wooden tools to manage tension and drain the lymphatic system. I think this is my new favourite. I left feeling relaxed and invigorated at the same time

She's created a luxurious pamper experience in a beautifully calm space. The treatment felt like the ultimate indulgence using quality Spa products. My hair and face smell yummy and feel lifted. I had the full Gold Package head spa and I still didn't want it to end! Jemma Louise is really sweet and welcoming and her space is really cosy and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed all the different relaxation tools used during the scalp wash and treatment, plus the arm massage, lymphatic drainage facial and Ostrich feather treatment are great touches! I was also super impressed with the results of my scalp analysis post treatment. I would highly recommend Jemma Louise's treatments if you want to feel fully pampered, beautifully relaxed and scalp fresh! Thank you xx
