Amazing! I felt so at ease despite my nerves and overactive brain. The overall treatment was so calming, peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what I needed after a long & stressful few months & before I start my new job on Monday. I'm so glad I was able to finally book in as a post birthday treat. I already can't wait to go back! The space itself is lovely and inviting and Georgia is amazing at making you feel comfortable and at home whilst you're there. I cannot recommend enough for anyone who needs some time to themselves to switch off and unwind. Thank you so much!

Had a fabulous sports massage today with Ryan. His knowledge and ability to find all the niggles and knots is unbelievable.The room is very relaxing and ambient making your session feel extra special. Feeling like a new person. I'll definitely be back soon ☺️
