I've been coming for the Ultra Tesla seat which is truly improving my life, so I'm very glad to have found the Cryo Lab. All the staff are really lovely and helpful having responded quickly to my initial enquiry. Today I booked in a massage as I was there for the seat. Jordanne's deep tissue massage was amazing for all the problem areas of my back ... I floated out on a cloud feeling loads better. I very much recommend:-)

She was really good. Profesional and friendly. Hitting right through my knots and trigger points. Made me do some gentle stretches to improve flexibility and mobility. Also gave me advice at the end of the session and I will definitely return back to do instead of a 90 mins deep tissue massage, 30 mins session to get rid of these multiple stubborn knots that cause so much pain.

Excellent. Mailen is a great massage therapist. She really listens, increases and decreases the pressure according to which areas are holding most tension or are painful and provides good advice on what to do pust massage. I'll definitely book again.

The massage was excellent, it’s the best massage I have ever had. Mailen does her massage in a professional manner, she is patient and enjoys what she does by making you feel relaxed . The best massage I've ever had... Mailen really knows her stuff, made to feel really welcome and she was really tuned into what my body needed - and the stretches post massage were absolutely fabulous! I'd highly recommend and will certainly be booking back in!
