Lucy is genuinely amazing at what she does. Her massages are far better than any I’ve had at expensive spas, or even travelling in Thailand! She’s very skilled, knowledgable, warm and friendly and the environment at the retreat is super comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend the Relaxaflex treatment, especially if you’ve not tried reflexology before - It’s amazing!!

Just had a wonderful full body massage with Lucy at the luxury retreat Spa. Lovely ,relaxing experience and Lucy made sure everything was fully covid 19 safe. It was so good I booked to go again in June.

Absolutely amazing pregnancy full body massage. The room was cosy and comfortable, the pillows provided a lot of support so I was comfortable throughout. The scalp massage was amazing and I came out feeling relaxed and refreshed! Thank you!

The Hygge Hub is the best place around. Chelle is very accommodating and provides a service that maintains your dignity and meets your needs in a respectful and friendly manner. Nothing is too much for Chelle, from the temperature in the room, the pressure of the massage, to the general ambiance. I have had several services from Chelle including aromatherapy massage, luxury facial to pedicure. Highly recommend and cant wait to return. This place is perfect for a mental health reset or for a lovely gift for a loved one. Go and treat yourself.
