Fantastic experience. The stylist Tetsuya was really good, he made my hair look amazing! The environment in the salon is so cozy and relaxed, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire hair cutting process. I'm not an expert when it comes to salons, but I can definitely tell when I've received great service, and this place delivered just that. If you're looking for a salon where you can feel at ease and get professional results, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

Desmond was excellent in articulating his ideas and skillset by explaining in details what he planned to do for me. The end result came perfectly as what he has shown me. I love my new hair style and will definitely come back to look for him. The only star left for improvement is the dressing table area @Dempsey may need improvement. I definitely don't like the "natural" wood finishing, it does look kinda cheap, which made me lack of confident when I stepped into the salon. The ambient @Tanglin branch at least feel a little classy. I absolutely love the extra massage after washing my hair.

Asako is a true artist with scissors! My experience at her salon was fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered her expert advice, which I really appreciated. The haircut she gave me was exactly what I had envisioned, if not better. Asako's attention to detail and precision are unmatched. I left her salon feeling like a million bucks and have received so many compliments on my new haircut. First-time customer here. The customer service was top notch - when I called to ask for directions as I got lost trying to find the salon, one of the assistants patiently came outside of the salon to fetch me, she even gave me a cold glass of water and tissues once I sat down when she realised I was sweating from the heat. The hair wash and massage were great, no tugging and I felt very comfortable overall. Shota my stylist was great, he understood what I wanted well from my photo reference, he is not only very skilled but also attentive. I will definitely be returning!

I had a relaxing experience. Loved the minimal decor of the salon and the little refreshments. Chika was kind and attentive, and so gentle during the head massage and hairdrying. I'm glad she could accommodate my short hairstyle with only a description of what I wanted it to look like. I love my new hairstyle.

Zen is a BRILLIANT hairstylist. He managed to selvedge a real botch job from another salon into stylish, healthy looking hair! No colour, just a fabulous cut and protein treatment. I think I have found my future hairstylist! Thank you for working a bit of magic!

Prior to this, had a few not-great experiences with stylists and stopped going to salons since it was a waste of money. However, saw this salon’s ad on Insta and was sold by the marketing.. Took a leap of faith and went for a session. The salon has a cozy space and the people are very friendly. Nick was the assigned stylist and he was very professional. He explained many things and also took my concerns (e.g long n heavy hair) into considerations. Overall 10/10 experience! From a hair akin to bird nest, to really smooth and LIGHT hair. Level of detail is crazy! Very thankful :)

The salon is quiet and the atmosphere relaxing. I was attended to by Nave. She is a gentle and attentive stylist. She took time to understand what i wanted and explained the process. I had a haircut, rebonding and coloring with highlights. I am happy with the end result. Thank you Nave for a great experience!

A relaxing experience at the salon with stylist Chue and assistant Xiao Pei! They were friendly and skilled, leaving my hair feeling so soft and bouncy after the hair treatment. Thanks Chue for the well informed consultation that put my mind at ease to choose the most suitable treatment and Xiao Pei for the relaxing mini massage. Recommended for an effective treatment which isn’t too time consuming!

It’s my first time to the salon. Tsubasa is my stylist. I just went there to color my hair. Nothing fancy but Tsubasa is good. He is very polite and gentle with my hair. He also did some light curling to my hair which I love it a lot. The service is really warm and cozy. Will come back for sure. I think I found my salon and stylist.

The experience i had at Flamingo Tiong Bahru woth Makoto was amazing! He was super thorough with explaining everything alongside his experience and opinions before starting. Till date, i have not had another experience as similar and amazing as the one i had here with Makoto. He had also helped fix a very bad experience at another salon where my hair and layers got messed up by someone else. I’m thankful that i have moved nearby, and is just over a 10 minute walk. Will definitely be back in the future!❤️ thank you so much to Flamingo and Makoto for my new hair❤️

Tsubasa was my stylist and he was patient, friendly and kind. I shared what I wanted in mind, he shared some suggestions and the end result was good. My friend and I came to visit this salon through reviews and it has been more than 3 visits already, Seiji, Shota and DK never disappoints in terms of service, skills and a really great head massage after every wash! The products they use are really of quality as well. Did a perm and it lasted longer than other salons I’ve been to, and every haircut we get, we leave the salon with a big smile!

The place was comfortable and Kaylene was patient and listened to what I wanted for my hair and gave me advice. Satisfied with how my hair turned out. Overall, it was a great experience at Salon Nu and it was my first time visiting this salon as well.

Today Desmond transformed my root colour to the most gorgeous blonde. Absolutely beautiful colour and I’m so happy with it, I was listened to and treated very well. The salon is so welcoming and the hair wash and massage is absolutely amazing. Thank you 🩷

Good hair consultation given by hairstylist Ashley. She knew exactly what is my hair type and how to cut it. Hair washing and head massage was also very comfortable. Will be my go-to salon from now onwards.
