Desmond was excellent in articulating his ideas and skillset by explaining in details what he planned to do for me. The end result came perfectly as what he has shown me. I love my new hair style and will definitely come back to look for him. The only star left for improvement is the dressing table area @Dempsey may need improvement. I definitely don't like the "natural" wood finishing, it does look kinda cheap, which made me lack of confident when I stepped into the salon. The ambient @Tanglin branch at least feel a little classy. I absolutely love the extra massage after washing my hair.

Had my first haircut with Satoeri, and it was an amazing experience! She started by giving thoughtful recommendations based on the reference I showed her, ensuring the cut would suit me well. Throughout the session, she was incredibly friendly, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere rather than the usual stiff salon experience. Absolutely a great service from my most favourite hairstylist, Lana ❤️ Her hair colouring skills is really top-notch! She is really good with providing scalp and hair treatments too (I feel so relaxed throughout the whole process) Also, she is very welcoming, cheerful & friendly and these traits truly make me feel so comfortable to visit Skuare Hair Boutique. Vanessa was great. She was very friendly and gave me some good tips to grow my hair. I gave less one star as it was awkward when I arrived and 2 ladies saw me but chose not to do anything. Until another lady (pink hair) smiled at me and asked one of the 2 ladies to serve me. It was my first visit and it would be great if the salon was more welcoming. In the service sector, the first point contact is always the most important.

As a traveler with curly hair, I really needed some help with the Singapore humidity! Booking an appointment online was super easy, and I was lucky to have Colin as my stylist. He was fantastic—so knowledgeable and skilled! He gave me an amazing haircut, blow dry, and styling. Plus, he shared some awesome tips and tricks for keeping my curls looking great during my stay and beyond. I can’t recommend this salon enough!

I had such a great experience getting a perm at this salon! My hair designer Ms.Lois was incredibly professional and attentive — they really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The results were even better than I imagined! I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. The staff were also very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. I have had Sherman as my hairdresser for quite a while now. He is incredibly skilled, quite friendly, and a great conversationalist. The prices he charges are reasonable and the salon is near and cosy. I look forward to our appointments every time.

This is my regular place to get a haircut and Johnny is my go-to. The main reason why I stayed consistent in this salon was because of how well he treated his customers. His customer service, advices, knowledge on hair-related matters were always top tier. He doesn’t just do it as a job but his passion can always be seen through his work. Ive been with charmtrees for about 1yr +. I went for their scalp treatment and everyone that did my hair treatment are the nicest people as they actually update you about your hair progression and educate me about their products they used. The products they use are all organic and eversince then i didnt use anymore chemicals products on my scalp. They taught me so much about how to take care of my dry and oily scalp. Not only that, they also slot my last minute booking for me to do my raya hair!!! so thankful for everyone at charmtress! this has been my go to salon, no regrets!

Needed to do touch up after my keratin treatment 2 weeks ago. There was a slot at this shophouse salon. Spent my afternoon sipping hot tea while waiting for the colour to settle. During wash, the stylist found that the colour was not fully absorbed. She then applied the colour again. Appreciate that she checked to ensure the touch up was properly done.
