Fantastic experience. The stylist Tetsuya was really good, he made my hair look amazing! The environment in the salon is so cozy and relaxed, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire hair cutting process. I'm not an expert when it comes to salons, but I can definitely tell when I've received great service, and this place delivered just that. If you're looking for a salon where you can feel at ease and get professional results, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

Asako is a true artist with scissors! My experience at her salon was fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered her expert advice, which I really appreciated. The haircut she gave me was exactly what I had envisioned, if not better. Asako's attention to detail and precision are unmatched. I left her salon feeling like a million bucks and have received so many compliments on my new haircut. I highly recommend Asako to anyone looking for a talented and skilled hairstylist!

First-time customer here. The customer service was top notch - when I called to ask for directions as I got lost trying to find the salon, one of the assistants patiently came outside of the salon to fetch me, she even gave me a cold glass of water and tissues once I sat down when she realised I was sweating from the heat. The hair wash and massage were great, no tugging and I felt very comfortable overall. Shota my stylist was great, he understood what I wanted well from my photo reference, he is not only very skilled but also attentive. I will definitely be returning!

Prior to this, had a few not-great experiences with stylists and stopped going to salons since it was a waste of money. However, saw this salon’s ad on Insta and was sold by the marketing.. Took a leap of faith and went for a session. The salon has a cozy space and the people are very friendly. Nick was the assigned stylist and he was very professional. He explained many things and also took my concerns (e.g long n heavy hair) into considerations. Overall 10/10 experience! From a hair akin to bird nest, to really smooth and LIGHT hair. Level of detail is crazy! Very thankful :)

Booked a last min slot with Carrie and it was my first time there! I felt very welcomed and well taken care of by her and her team. The hair washing part was my favourite! It was not rushed and everything was done meticulously. I love my hair cut & colour and I totally recommend this Salon. I’m sure you’ll enjoy yourself there too! There’s wifi, wireless charging, complimentary drinks and an awesome head massage during washing 🤭 I will come back!

A relaxing experience at the salon with stylist Chue and assistant Xiao Pei! They were friendly and skilled, leaving my hair feeling so soft and bouncy after the hair treatment. Thanks Chue for the well informed consultation that put my mind at ease to choose the most suitable treatment and Xiao Pei for the relaxing mini massage. Recommended for an effective treatment which isn’t too time consuming!

It’s my first time to the salon. Tsubasa is my stylist. I just went there to color my hair. Nothing fancy but Tsubasa is good. He is very polite and gentle with my hair. He also did some light curling to my hair which I love it a lot. The service is really warm and cozy. Will come back for sure. I think I found my salon and stylist.

The experience i had at Flamingo Tiong Bahru woth Makoto was amazing! He was super thorough with explaining everything alongside his experience and opinions before starting. Till date, i have not had another experience as similar and amazing as the one i had here with Makoto. He had also helped fix a very bad experience at another salon where my hair and layers got messed up by someone else. I’m thankful that i have moved nearby, and is just over a 10 minute walk. Will definitely be back in the future!❤️ thank you so much to Flamingo and Makoto for my new hair❤️

Tsubasa was my stylist and he was patient, friendly and kind. I shared what I wanted in mind, he shared some suggestions and the end result was good. Nice big salon, spacious and well-ventilated, clean and bright. (As a fat person) I appreciate the sturdy shampoo chairs and thoughtful service. Will return. Thanks so much!

Always happy to return here, Koki san always able to do magic for my hair with a great haircut, like the salon zen tranquil ambience too, also the stylists here personally handle every task (no assistants) from beginning to end, overall a really wonderful experience worth every penny, highly recommended place 👍

My friend and I came to visit this salon through reviews and it has been more than 3 visits already, Seiji, Shota and DK never disappoints in terms of service, skills and a really great head massage after every wash! The products they use are really of quality as well. Did a perm and it lasted longer than other salons I’ve been to, and every haircut we get, we leave the salon with a big smile!

Always a good experience at Sankakkei! Hair washing & scalp massage was very relaxing that I almost fell asleep. Tsubasa is very good at what he does and I always feel happy leaving the salon with a haircut that suits my face. I've been to many other salons but nothing beats Tsubasa's haircut. Will definitely be back again. 🙂

From the moment I walked into the shop, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere at Podium Salon & Bar is inviting, and the staff is friendly and professional. The attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness of the shop added to the overall positive experience.

This was my first time using this hair salon. Keith was my stylist. I asked him to shampoo and cut my hair, and he was very attentive and very nice. I would like to ask him again.

The place was comfortable and Kaylene was patient and listened to what I wanted for my hair and gave me advice. Satisfied with how my hair turned out. Overall, it was a great experience at Salon Nu and it was my first time visiting this salon as well.

I am always happy every time after my hair treatment by Kimie san. Kimie san spends a lot of time to understand how I want to change first. From there, she comes up with ideas how we can do sharing her great knowledge, but also meeting my preference. She is very knowledgeble, professional, cheerful and good at listening. She also can advise in terms of hiar products and styling. I always enjoy going back to her not only because of her skills, but also her personality and whole experience in the salon. I love the clean, tidy and beautiful set up of the salon. The design is clearly well thought out and meant to cater to the comfort and convenience of customers. It’s a peaceful and relaxing environment and being there makes me feel I’m temporarily transported to Japan. I appreciate the personal attention, cheerfulness and professionalism of Kimie, who has worked wonders in improving the condition of my hair and scalp and provided useful guidance. It’s a huge and welcome change to the impersonal and sterile typical hair salon. I look forward to my visits there despite its distance from my home.

Fai was my hairdresser at a previous salon for many years, and I was so happy to see him at his new salon Heads Up in Haji Lane, a funky part of Singapore. Fai did balayage, toner and a cut for me. I must say it looks fantastic. I had such a lovely experience visitiat gorgeous salon, and Fai is so talented. Look forward to visiting again!
