Best salon in sg! Every time I go I will always fall asleep during Livia’s hair wash and treatment /massage. Environment is quiet as they don’t take more than 4 customers at one go. Highly recommended!

I love the service and ambience of this salon ,when i walk in mikki consulted me for the recommended haircut i want ,i actually didn't want any short layers at the back but i trusted her, i actually ended up liking the haircut alot .It really gives my flat hair more volume .I previously did my haircut at blonde & pastal hair salon from the director haircut but his layered haircut was terrible so i came here to flamingo to get mikki to fix my uneven layers and she did a wonderful job.I will come back again.Thank you ❤️

Asako is a true artist with scissors! My experience at her salon was fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered her expert advice, which I really appreciated. The haircut she gave me was exactly what I had envisioned, if not better. Asako's attention to detail and precision are unmatched. I left her salon feeling like a million bucks and have received so many compliments on my new haircut. First-time customer here. The customer service was top notch - when I called to ask for directions as I got lost trying to find the salon, one of the assistants patiently came outside of the salon to fetch me, she even gave me a cold glass of water and tissues once I sat down when she realised I was sweating from the heat. The hair wash and massage were great, no tugging and I felt very comfortable overall. Shota my stylist was great, he understood what I wanted well from my photo reference, he is not only very skilled but also attentive. I will definitely be returning!

I had a relaxing experience. Loved the minimal decor of the salon and the little refreshments. Chika was kind and attentive, and so gentle during the head massage and hairdrying. I'm glad she could accommodate my short hairstyle with only a description of what I wanted it to look like. I love my new hairstyle.

Prior to this, had a few not-great experiences with stylists and stopped going to salons since it was a waste of money. However, saw this salon’s ad on Insta and was sold by the marketing.. Took a leap of faith and went for a session. The salon has a cozy space and the people are very friendly. Nick was the assigned stylist and he was very professional. He explained many things and also took my concerns (e.g long n heavy hair) into considerations. Overall 10/10 experience! From a hair akin to bird nest, to really smooth and LIGHT hair. Level of detail is crazy! Very thankful :)

Though i had only come to Salon5 for haircut by Marc two times during my 3-month short stay in Singapore, Marc was professional/skilled and did a great job. I did ave a great experience here and learned some useful tips for hair styling. Marc and the gentleman at reception desk (sorry for forgetting to ask his name) were very friendly, so I believe everyone will also enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in Salon5 a lot. If I have the opportunity to stay in Singapore in future, will come to visit Salon5 again.

A relaxing experience at the salon with stylist Chue and assistant Xiao Pei! They were friendly and skilled, leaving my hair feeling so soft and bouncy after the hair treatment. Thanks Chue for the well informed consultation that put my mind at ease to choose the most suitable treatment and Xiao Pei for the relaxing mini massage. Recommended for an effective treatment which isn’t too time consuming!

Fantastic experience. The stylist Tetsuya was really good, he made my hair look amazing! The environment in the salon is so cozy and relaxed, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire hair cutting process. I'm not an expert when it comes to salons, but I can definitely tell when I've received great service, and this place delivered just that. If you're looking for a salon where you can feel at ease and get professional results, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

The experience i had at Flamingo Tiong Bahru woth Makoto was amazing! He was super thorough with explaining everything alongside his experience and opinions before starting. Till date, i have not had another experience as similar and amazing as the one i had here with Makoto. He had also helped fix a very bad experience at another salon where my hair and layers got messed up by someone else. I’m thankful that i have moved nearby, and is just over a 10 minute walk. Will definitely be back in the future!❤️ thank you so much to Flamingo and Makoto for my new hair❤️

It’s my first time to the salon. Tsubasa is my stylist. I just went there to color my hair. Nothing fancy but Tsubasa is good. He is very polite and gentle with my hair. He also did some light curling to my hair which I love it a lot. The service is really warm and cozy. Will come back for sure. I think I found my salon and stylist.

My friend and I came to visit this salon through reviews and it has been more than 3 visits already, Seiji, Shota and DK never disappoints in terms of service, skills and a really great head massage after every wash! The products they use are really of quality as well. Did a perm and it lasted longer than other salons I’ve been to, and every haircut we get, we leave the salon with a big smile!

Seiya has been my hairstylist for about 4 years now, from the previous salon. He always takes great effort to explain to me about my haircut and hair colour since he knows I am particularly protective of my hair texture. He has been offering honest suggestions and what works best in my interest. He takes good care of my sensitive scalp whenever I go for colouring. I have never experienced such a thorough hair wash, with skilful massage, from any other stylists thus far. Thank you, Seiya for taking care of your customers’ needs!

The place was comfortable and Kaylene was patient and listened to what I wanted for my hair and gave me advice. Satisfied with how my hair turned out. Overall, it was a great experience at Salon Nu and it was my first time visiting this salon as well.

The ambiance of the salon was amazing and Reo was very detailed in explaining the treatment steps. Most importantly, they have hair treatment that is pregnancy friendly!

This was my first time using this hair salon. Keith was my stylist. I asked him to shampoo and cut my hair, and he was very attentive and very nice. I would like to ask him again.

Fai was my hairdresser at a previous salon for many years, and I was so happy to see him at his new salon Heads Up in Haji Lane, a funky part of Singapore. Fai did balayage, toner and a cut for me. I must say it looks fantastic. I had such a lovely experience visitiat gorgeous salon, and Fai is so talented. Look forward to visiting again!
