⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I purchased a beautiful topper from Jo Hair Studio and brought it in yesterday to have it lightened. Mellisa worked her magic and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The color is absolutely perfect—bright, natural, and exactly what I wanted. She was professional, attentive, and clearly knows hair inside out. Vivian was amazing went through everything in great detail and made me feel so comfortable talking about hair loss and how to go about choosing the correct wig.

Vivian has so much patience for her clients and gives them the opportunity to make the best possible choice of which hair topper or wig. Is best for them. She is kind and encouraging and has a lovely positive outlook. Vivian gives her clients 100%!!

Had an excellent video consultation with Vivian at Jo Hair Studio Vancouver for my Mom and Auntie for their first hair toppers. Vivian made the process quite clear and made them both feel very special. We are looking forward to next week’s appointment to pick up the hair toppers in person.

If there was a star for excellent, I would give Eryn that rating! I went in for what I thought wasn’t going to be able to be fixed the way I would have liked- but it only took Eryn less than 2 minutes to fix my topper and turned out just like I wanted.
