After 3 years of living in Edinburgh and trying different places I am so glad I found VelvetBrows! I always used to end up with thin eyebrows after threading which I always told any beautician I don’t want before starting, however Zivile really listens and she’s done a tremendous job in shaping my eyebrows (threading only) without thinning them. She is very professional and very passionate about what she does, I would strongly recommend Velvet Brows! Now I need to look no further as I’ll always come back here

After 15 years living in Edinburgh I finally found a place where I can truly take care of my skin and body. I always feel welcomed here—the beauticians are kind, attentive, and highly professional. Weronika, the owner, is amazing: skilled, knowledgeable, and honestly a total badass 😎❤️. This time I had waxing, eyebrow shaping, and a vacuum massage. Everything was done with top-level professionalism, and I even received a little Christmas gift, which was such a lovely surprise. I highly recommend this place. Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄

I have been coming to see Denise regularly for the last couple of years (brows +Brazilian) and cannot recommend her more. She makes you feel comfortable, is aware of your skin type and the premises is spotless. I'm moving away from edinburgh and finding someone with the same standards is going to be a tall order!

Amazing just amazing! Brooke is the best hairdresser ever she is quick, efficient, understands just what you want, and has amazing attention to detail. There has never been a time where I’ve been frustrated or didn’t like the work she has done, and she always advices me the best way she can about hairstyles. She’s just out of this world and if I ever move from Edinburgh I’ll have to come back every once in a while to get my hair done.

I’ve gone from someone who would have the odd eyebrow wax every few months to someone who counts down the days to their lash and brow appointment!

I have been to Shaz a few times now for eyebrow/eyelash tints, eyebrows, lip, chin threading. She is great at what she does and puts you at ease. Always very relaxing. People always comment how lovely eyebrows/lashes look afterwards. Would definitely recommend

Another fabulous appointment with Simmy, never fails to wow me with her results! First time trying a brow treatment and went for the refined brows and super happy with the results, my brows are suited to my face and have not been over plucked or made too dark!
