After 3 years of living in Edinburgh and trying different places I am so glad I found VelvetBrows! I always used to end up with thin eyebrows after threading which I always told any beautician I don’t want before starting, however Zivile really listens and she’s done a tremendous job in shaping my eyebrows (threading only) without thinning them. She is very professional and very passionate about what she does, I would strongly recommend Velvet Brows! Now I need to look no further as I’ll always come back here

After 15 years living in Edinburgh I finally found a place where I can truly take care of my skin and body. I always feel welcomed here—the beauticians are kind, attentive, and highly professional. Weronika, the owner, is amazing: skilled, knowledgeable, and honestly a total badass 😎❤️. This time I had waxing, eyebrow shaping, and a vacuum massage. Everything was done with top-level professionalism, and I even received a little Christmas gift, which was such a lovely surprise. I highly recommend this place. Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄

Incredible! Magda is very talented and is the best nail technician I have been to in Edinburgh! Her design work is detailed and gorgeous. She is also very friendly and we have great conversation. I absolutely love getting my brows and lashes done with Kay. She always has good chat and listens to what I want, whilst offering advice and explaining how each treatment works in detail. I’ve gone from someone who would have the odd eyebrow wax every few months to someone who counts down the days to their lash and brow appointment!

Another fabulous appointment with Simmy, never fails to wow me with her results! First time trying a brow treatment and went for the refined brows and super happy with the results, my brows are suited to my face and have not been over plucked or made too dark! I got a lash lift + tint, and an eyebrow shape + tint. I am thrilled with the results!! My eyelashes look amazing and so do my eyebrows (which are quite sparse, but look so full and fluffy)! Sonia is so lovely and easy to chat to, I felt like such a princess and was so pampered. The eyebrow shaping involved waxing, which has only ever been painful for me. I honestly barely felt it! I'll definitely be coming back regularly!
