I had such an amazing experience with Carina. She is so intuitive! It was really relaxing and that was helped by Carina being just so lovely and easy to be around. I was able to feel the reiki as gentle bubbles - almost like the ones from a fizzy bath bomb. Such a wonderful experience and I can't wait for next time. Thank you so much ☺️🥰

I’ve just had my second pregnancy massage with Cairyn at Souls Journey, and honestly, it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. At 37 weeks pregnant, comfort is everything, and she made me feel completely at ease the moment I arrived. She’s so warm and welcoming, and you can really tell how much she cares about what she does. Every part of the massage felt thoughtful and tailored — she checked I was comfortable and supported, which made such a difference. This time, she also gently included my bump in the massage, which I absolutely loved. It was an amazing experience.

Had really tight shoulders after workout, Nia got right into the area and helped it feel less tight - would highly recommend.

I would 100% recommend the massage from this place. The massage therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. I went in stressed and my back and shoulders sore, but by the end of my massage I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you for all the recommendations and advice. The best massage I have had in years!

Cairyn was amazing -- so attentive and creates a really relaxing environment, will be back!

Colette is an excellent kinesiologist, she explains everything very well, which always puts me at ease. After a few sessions, I feel that it brings me total wellbeing, exploring emotional and physical issues and listening to my own body's needs. It's quite hard to explain the gentle technique & all the benefits, I would say go with an open mind and try it for yourself.

The massage was very thorough and felt beneficially firm without being painful. I really felt that the therapist knew exactly what he was doing.

Carina is amazing and she knows what she's doing! She was listening to my needs, made me calmed and relaxed before the treatment. The space is calm, warm, and beautifully welcoming — exactly what you need when you’re expecting and feeling a little uncomfortable. Cairyn was absolutely incredible. She was so attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire treatment. She made sure I was comfortable at every stage and tailored the massage perfectly to what my body needed. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely restored. It was such a special experience.

An amazing experience for a full body massage. Keren made everything was perfect. She went to extra lengths to massage my feet and my back where I have issues and used pure essential oils. No artificial products which is great as I have sensitive skin. I highly recommend!

Love the yoga stretches with Nia. Come out 2 ft taller. Totally recommend this.
