Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

My experience was amazing as usual. Tiffany is always on time and ready to get down to business as soon as you walk through the door. She is always professional and loves what she does. It was first time doing a wax, while the initial feeling was a shock, Kesha made sure I was comfortable and allowed me a couple minutes to breathe. Overall the experience was new and I was in good hands, definitely continue waxing in the future .

I booked a full brazilian maintenance , 1st time sugaring but I'm use to waxing It was wayyyyy less pain , she was Friendly, talked you through it , Perfessional, as soon as I arrived for my appointment she was ready so no waiting or delays And let me tell you when I say she got ever hair ... she got ever hair !!!!!
