Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

It was first time doing a wax, while the initial feeling was a shock, Kesha made sure I was comfortable and allowed me a couple minutes to breathe. Overall the experience was new and I was in good hands, definitely continue waxing in the future .

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

Laser Hair Removal - Underarms: My first appointment was so much better than expected! The cooling before felt amazing and I felt no pain whatsoever during the process. 24 hours later and I still feel no pain or irritation. Best pedicure I’ve every had. Kelly Ann was very thorough and professional. My feet are suuuper smooth and she did wonders with my big toe that I had hit and broken the nail. I need to get more pedicures now 10/10 Will be requesting her from now on. Already been singing her praises to other people in my life. Such a great experience. Love the new space as well.

Ihad such a wonderful experience at this salon I went in to get a facial wax and my toenails done, and from start to finish the service was amazing. The staff were incredibly gentle and attentive, which made the waxing process much more comfortable than I expected. They also took the time to share a lot of helpful information about skincare, explaining what products and routines would work best for my skin. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient they were. The entire experience felt very professional and well-organized, and the environment was clean and relaxing. I’ll def be back.
