I’ve been coming to Hair Spa Melbourne for years, and nothing compares to their level of service. It’s not just a Japanese head spa, it’s a wellness scalp treatment Melbourne that feels truly luxurious. Every session is tailored to my scalp needs, from scalp exfoliation Melbourne to scalp rejuvenation. I also love adding a hands massage and a trim to my appointment, it feels like a complete pampering experience from head to toe. The therapists are true trichology experts, not just beauticians, and their scalp health consultations are incredibly thorough. Thank you Kate and Kristina.

Very welcoming and made me feel immediately comfortable. Lovely space, very tranquil. I booked the Journey to Joy package and I couldn’t recommend it enough. It was enjoyable from start to finish. I felt so relaxed and at peace by the end of the session. I will definitely be going back

I’ve recently joined as a new member and already done a few sessions and I’m genuinely impressed. The space is spotless, the heat settings are just right, and everything feels well thought out. The staff are absolutely lovely ,warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about your experience. If you’re not here, where are you?

Kate is brilliant! Her hair spa treatment is genuinely relaxing and professional. From the scalp massage to the care she gives each step, it’s clear she knows her craft. The place is spotless and calming. Always leave feeling refreshed and my hair looking its best.

I had a wonderful experience with Fadz today. She is personable, warm and professional which made me feel I was in very good hands from the start and I was not wrong. I had the deluxe head spa and it was amazing. I doubt that you will find the same attention to detail in any other head spas in Melbourne. I look forward to going back to try the body massage.

I had the best hair spa today! If you want the best spa hair treatment, this place is it. Easy parking right. The space is modern, calm, and beautifully designed. I was pampered for two full hours, amazing head massage, Japanese waterfall rinse, nourishing hair mask, and the best blow dry I’ve ever had. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, every detail felt thoughtful. My hair looked and felt incredible. Truly one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.

I look forward to Red Light Therapy each week. The Orchard is a very welcoming space and Liz is always a wonderful therapist.

Refreshing, would be nice touch to have robe and slippers available when changing rooms and spa more if a spa aesthetic.

Everytime I go here, I saw, that was the best experience and everytime it surpasses the previous experience. So affordable for the combo package for 3 hour detox/relaxation experience. you're not rushed at all and leave feeling like a new person!

My experience at The Orchard is always such a joy. The treatments themselves are incredibly beneficial, and Liz and Sym make the whole experience even more delightful. I’ve visited on and off for years, but now I find myself making it a weekly ritual. The space is beautifully cared for—friendly, quiet, and warmly inviting. Lovely relaxing space, perfect control panel to ensure you have optimum experience in the sauna. Big enough to lay down as well!The extra touch of the iPad so you can select your own music or even Netflix to watch is a great touch. Only thing that could make it better is being given a larger towel or gown so you can easily walk to the shower facilities afterwards.

A great spot for wellness & recovery. Very clean space and relaxing!
