It was good, but I had booked in a complimentary nail art along with a spa pedicure. I had an idea of what I wanted and picked my colors and only then did the person doing my nails inform me that nail art wasn't really possible with regular polish (bc it would take too long to dry). That's fine but it would have been nice if that were clear earlier- ideally in the nail art description, and then again at the salon before picking colors. Because I was only made aware of this at the last minute, I felt pressured to decide on the spot. It's not a huge deal but could have been easily avoided.

The Weekday Serenity Retreat package was outstanding. The steam room and pool were a great start and the massage and facial were both fantastic. The staff were very welcoming, professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend this spa.

My best friend and I really enjoyed our 2.5 hour package for two at IOMI Spa this weekend. The fully body massage and organic body treatment was truly divine and left me feeling blissed out afterwards! Both the Beauty Therapists and IOMI Reception Staff were all a pleasure to deal with - personable, friendly and warm. Just the way we like! :) Lastly, we would like to send a special thank you to our therapists for their exceptional work, especially the massages! (It's hard to find decent Massages Therapists). I got the Couples Sublime package for me and my partner’s anniversary, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had. We really enjoyed the foot spa and the full body massage. The jacuzzi was a little bit dirty as we saw a few hairs here and there come up once it was turned on. However the beauty therapists we had were super kind, respectful and experienced which made the whole session amazing overall. We’d definitely come back again sometime :)

I booked a package for the first time, but def planning to try other treatments! I had the Izumi Urban Escape with Yu and it was just amazing. it included the Shiatsu massage, foot Reflexology and foot spa. My favorite was the reflexology. The staff were polite and attentive. I felt very comfortable and loved the experience!

I’m so glad I decided to get a massage from Ellie before my flight home to Hawaii—it was truly exceptional. The spa was spotless, dim, and relaxing. Despite some background noise, Ellie’s incredible talent completely overshadowed it. Her cohesive, intuitive technique had me so relaxed I fell asleep multiple times—something no other therapist has ever done. Ellie is a rare gem with unmatched skill and touch. I will always remember this excellent experience whenever I get a massage.

Lovely relaxing space, perfect control panel to ensure you have optimum experience in the sauna. Big enough to lay down as well!The extra touch of the iPad so you can select your own music or even Netflix to watch is a great touch. Only thing that could make it better is being given a larger towel or gown so you can easily walk to the shower facilities afterwards.

The staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel pampered from start to finish. The atmosphere was calming, and the products smelled incredible. My overall experience was superb! I chose the Signature Package, and it was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this pampering session to everyone. The team of staff was commendable—very welcoming and friendly. Reanne gave me a reminder before my visit and assisted me upon arrival. Stephanie was extremely professional and explained the procedures thoroughly. Mercedes took excellent care of me during the massage, facial, and steam bath. She ensured my comfort throughout the entire experience. Kudos to the entire team! Mandala has become my top spa spot, and I will definitely be returning!🥰

Lovely staff and space - great experience!

A beautiful spa experience. I went for the rest well package which was so relaxing, the foot massage/spa was great, the whole body massage was excellent and the facial was refreshing. My partner also had a massage here and said it was the best massage he has had for a long time! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic head spa experience, loads of great smelling products, the therapist was so friendly and professional. Left feeling so relaxed, would come again!
