I had a wonderful experience with Fadz today. She is personable, warm and professional which made me feel I was in very good hands from the start and I was not wrong. I had the deluxe head spa and it was amazing. I doubt that you will find the same attention to detail in any other head spas in Melbourne. I look forward to going back to try the body massage.

I had the best hair spa today! If you want the best spa hair treatment, this place is it. Easy parking right. The space is modern, calm, and beautifully designed. I was pampered for two full hours, amazing head massage, Japanese waterfall rinse, nourishing hair mask, and the best blow dry I’ve ever had. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, every detail felt thoughtful. My hair looked and felt incredible. Truly one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.

Where do I start? I booked the 2 hour experience with Fadz and didn’t really read too much into it but wowee, it exceeded any expectations I had for my time at Kutsurogi. Starting with an incredible massage- Fadz really got onto my shoulders where I hold all my stress and tension- and then onto the spa element which was like nothing I’ve experienced before. The tools used created such lovely sensations and I think I nodded off at the end because it was so relaxing. It’s safe to say I’m a fan for life and will be back again and again. Thank you Fadz!

I had the G-SPA Signature VIP Hair Treatment Ritual. Lara was welcoming, friendly and answered my questios about my hair concerns. Kristina performed the treatment. It was a very relaxing and calming experience. My hair felt extremely soft and still looked great a few days later. I will be back.

Really enjoyed my first session there. I did a facial + body package and felt very pampered and refreshed after. Would definitely go back.

Refreshing, would be nice touch to have robe and slippers available when changing rooms and spa more if a spa aesthetic.

It was a new experience for me trying the full detox package. Thoroughly enjoyed it !

A great spot for wellness & recovery. Very clean space and relaxing!

All new to this type of treatment. The hyperbaric oxygen chamber is very comfortable and relaxing, could read a book in there when you do 90 minutes, then I had red light therapy which was 15 min, felt like 5, fell asleep. Hope to setup a regular treatment ongoing to see benefits.

The best place in Melbourne to recharge. Highly recommend the HBOT paired with Red Light Therapy if you want to feel a million dollars.
