Such a relaxing, lovely experience. We have been a few times and my only feedback would be the men’s changing areas. One shower is so ridiculous. At one point, there were four people waiting to use this shower. It’s not practical and does detract from the overall experience. Other than that, really recommend! The infra red sauna add on is worth it!

It was first time using a Far Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy and Hyberbaric Oxygen chamber. I walked out of The Orchard feeling how I felt when I was 27 years old. I'm about to turn 56. Brilliant!

Such a good experience. The sauna and ice baths were very nice and the areas kept very clean. The lady who was working was so friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Will be back for sure!

Good experience, in the future I would opt for a 60 min session though as you are rushed from sauna, to shower to icebath.

I have never tried any of the therapies in the discovery pack before except for a sauna. It was such a fun experience, trying them all and the people at Super Young were so friendly and helpful. Great experience

This is my second visit and I have booked a third. It is a wonderful way to catch up with a friend for relaxation and rejuvenation. High quality massage. Nicely designed spaces. Sauna and hot tub area serene. Well worth it.

Perfection! New Leaf is located on busy toorak road however once you step inside you’d never know it! It’s a quiet sanctuary and the staff are highly skilled and friendly. Highly recommend.

This is the best sauna venue I have visited anywhere in the world. Quality, well maintained equipment in elegant, spotlessly clean minimalist environment. Staff are super attentive and friendly and very competitive pricing. Essential experience for health especially in the Winter. Came out feeling fabulous! 🙏

The most wonderful infrared experience. Really felt a difference after the sauna. The lymphatic massage was fantastic. Great combination of targeting tight areas and relaxing.

Absolutely incredible experience today at The Orchard Richmond. We did everything including oxygen, red light, compression boots, sauna, cold plunge and float. Everything was fabulous. While we’ve done it before never at Richmond and it was fabulous. The cold plunge and sauna was a highlight. Symee and Liz are beautiful people and make the experience perfect. Really recommend you give it a try. We felt fabulous walking out.

The Infrared Sauna is great. I always feel amazing after having a session. For me it is half an hour of being completely relaxed and not thinking about whatever else I need to do. I do recommend it!

My experience at The Orchard is always such a joy. The treatments themselves are incredibly beneficial, and Liz and Sym make the whole experience even more delightful. I’ve visited on and off for years, but now I find myself making it a weekly ritual. The space is beautifully cared for—friendly, quiet, and warmly inviting. This was my first floatation therapy experience and really enjoyed it. The Orchard is beautiful with lots of wellness facilities and the room with the tank was modern, clean and private. It took some time getting used to the feeling of floating, the darkness and quiet, but it was super relaxing once I’d settled in. My skin feels great now too! Looking forward to returning for the infrared sauna and ice bath :)

My first time today and it was Amazing! The staff (Liz) was so lovely, helpful and flexible, allowed me to change my booking due to Me being stuck in traffic. The place is quiet and relaxing. I did the RLT + H2 and Sauna + Cold Therapy. It was wonderful and energising. can’t wait to go back!
