Where do I start? I booked the 2 hour experience with Fadz and didn’t really read too much into it but wowee, it exceeded any expectations I had for my time at Kutsurogi. Starting with an incredible massage- Fadz really got onto my shoulders where I hold all my stress and tension- and then onto the spa element which was like nothing I’ve experienced before. The tools used created such lovely sensations and I think I nodded off at the end because it was so relaxing. It’s safe to say I’m a fan for life and will be back again and again. Thank you Fadz!

Absolutely magical experience. From the moment I walked in, Di’s warmth and charisma made me feel completely at ease. The massage was intuitive and deeply restorative, it felt like she could read exactly what my body needed. One of the best I’ve ever had! Combined with the sauna, I left feeling lighter, looser, and so much more aligned. You can tell Di pours her heart into her work. She’s a true healer- skilled, generous, and sincerely caring. Can’t recommend her and her space enough!

I had the G-SPA Signature VIP Hair Treatment Ritual. Lara was welcoming, friendly and answered my questios about my hair concerns. Kristina performed the treatment. It was a very relaxing and calming experience. My hair felt extremely soft and still looked great a few days later. I will be back.

The staff were lovely, i had a good consultation about my hair and the head spa was relaxing. However, i had an allergic reaction to the facial which neither of us could predict! I didn't know I had any allergies. Not the head spa's fault.

This was my first headspa experience & it was amazing. Fadz is so kind and makes you feel at ease straight away. She is so knowledgeable & explains everything so well & you can just tell how much she absolutely loves what she does. I had the delux head spa treatment with chest scrub that is 90mins but I felt like I was there for hours, I’ve never felt so relaxed. I’ll be back for sure!

Absolute gem of a spa! Belle and Di are lovely and thoughtful people. They made me feel very welcomed in their homely, cosy space. Belle definitely loves what she does as she is a fantastic masseuse - the soreness i had in my back is now gone and my whole body feels refreshed! The infrared blanket is definitely worth adding, perfect way to end the session. Di made sure i was well taken care of - came up to bring me tea while i was wrapped in the blanket and made sure i hydrated after the session. 10/10 hospitality, can’t recommend them enough! Tldr; great people, great space, great service

Massage and endermologie excellent. Package was great. Beautician who did facial lovely but her long fingernails affected the quality of the treatment and ability to perform firm facial massage inhibited by her nails!

I've been a client of Kate's since 2017, and she's amazing with hair. I initially went to her for special events, and she's done fantastic styles for me and my daughter. Over the years, I've changed my hair color several times, and Kate has always kept it healthy with regular treatments. Recently, I had a hair spa treatment at her new salon, which is fantastic. The adjustable chairs, soothing scents, scalp massage, and nourishing products made my hair feel softer, thicker, and shinier. I'm so glad I found Kate—she truly cares about my hair and always gives great advice.
