I’ve been with EdwardsAndCo Fitzroy for over a year and the service has always been consistent. The team is warm, welcoming, and never makes you feel any different or less. I had my haircut last Friday for my graduation. Julia, my usual stylist, was away, but she made sure I was in good hands with James. He was easy to talk to, considerate, and always checked in before proceeding. He respected Julia’s style while adding his own expertise. His calm and kind approach put me at ease and the result was perfect. A true testament to the quality of their whole team.

I really needed some feet pampering while in Melbourne for the AO and Pansu Thai Massage Express in CBD was a life saver. They fit me in as the last massage of the day and the masseuse hit all the pain points on my feet with the hot stones. I highly recommmend this place.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Sumin for over a year, starting from when she was at another salon. She always gives honest advice on styles and colours and genuinely tries her best to achieve the most satisfying result. I’ve had so many compliments on my red-brown hair colour—random people at Melbourne Central and even on the train have stopped me to ask about it! I loved it so much I had it done twice. This time I went slightly darker and love it just as much. If you want a bubbly, skilled hair designer, Sumin is the one!

Every single time I come to recovery lounge, I leave feeling more impressed than the last. Yesterday we tried out the new private area/ traditional sauna, ice bath, hot magnesium bath. This was a game changer, going from cold to hot felt like you were on some beautiful island 🙏 both pools have big jet pumps for your calves making the experience so much relaxing. I could really feel the difference in how my body felt yesterday after using these facilities. I’m a big supporter of Recovery lounge, there’s nothing like it here in Melbourne, private recovery at its best :)

Tom is a craftsman with magic hands and scissors. I have curly Grey hair which I love and I don't trust many people to cut it. I always feel heard and safe with Tom. I also like his intelligence and wit. He is the whole package. I don't live in Melbourne but visit regularly and always lock in a visit to Edwards and co Fitzroy because of Tom.
