The Weekday Serenity Retreat package was outstanding. The steam room and pool were a great start and the massage and facial were both fantastic. The staff were very welcoming, professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend this spa.

My best friend and I really enjoyed our 2.5 hour package for two at IOMI Spa this weekend. The fully body massage and organic body treatment was truly divine and left me feeling blissed out afterwards! Both the Beauty Therapists and IOMI Reception Staff were all a pleasure to deal with - personable, friendly and warm. Just the way we like! :) Lastly, we would like to send a special thank you to our therapists for their exceptional work, especially the massages! (It's hard to find decent Massages Therapists). I got the Couples Sublime package for me and my partner’s anniversary, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had. We really enjoyed the foot spa and the full body massage. The jacuzzi was a little bit dirty as we saw a few hairs here and there come up once it was turned on. However the beauty therapists we had were super kind, respectful and experienced which made the whole session amazing overall. We’d definitely come back again sometime :)

I booked a package for the first time, but def planning to try other treatments! I had the Izumi Urban Escape with Yu and it was just amazing. it included the Shiatsu massage, foot Reflexology and foot spa. My favorite was the reflexology. The staff were polite and attentive. I felt very comfortable and loved the experience!

I look forward to Red Light Therapy each week. The Orchard is a very welcoming space and Liz is always a wonderful therapist.

I’m so glad I decided to get a massage from Ellie before my flight home to Hawaii—it was truly exceptional. The spa was spotless, dim, and relaxing. Despite some background noise, Ellie’s incredible talent completely overshadowed it. Her cohesive, intuitive technique had me so relaxed I fell asleep multiple times—something no other therapist has ever done. Ellie is a rare gem with unmatched skill and touch. I will always remember this excellent experience whenever I get a massage.

Lovely relaxing space, perfect control panel to ensure you have optimum experience in the sauna. Big enough to lay down as well!The extra touch of the iPad so you can select your own music or even Netflix to watch is a great touch. Only thing that could make it better is being given a larger towel or gown so you can easily walk to the shower facilities afterwards.

Everytime I go here, I saw, that was the best experience and everytime it surpasses the previous experience. So affordable for the combo package for 3 hour detox/relaxation experience. you're not rushed at all and leave feeling like a new person!

My experience at The Orchard is always such a joy. The treatments themselves are incredibly beneficial, and Liz and Sym make the whole experience even more delightful. I’ve visited on and off for years, but now I find myself making it a weekly ritual. The space is beautifully cared for—friendly, quiet, and warmly inviting. I’m especially fond of the red light and infrared saunas, though I like to mix things up and try everything from time to time—all of which are wonderful. Thank you, Liz and Sym—you truly are magic. We’ve tried traditional Japanese head spas before, but this one is on a completely different level, far more advanced, luxurious, and results-driven. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the super friendly and professional team who made us feel instantly relaxed. A beautiful spa experience. I went for the rest well package which was so relaxing, the foot massage/spa was great, the whole body massage was excellent and the facial was refreshing. My partner also had a massage here and said it was the best massage he has had for a long time! Would definitely recommend!
