This was my first time getting a Japanese Head Spa and it definitely won't be my last. It was such an incredible experience. I was extremely comfortable & relaxed during my appointment. I recently had hair extensions removed & my hair coloured and the texture wasn't great. My hair feels 100% better leaving Patricia Japanese Head Spa. Silky, smooth, revitalised & I'm so relaxed. Monique was amazing! She is so lovely and always takes the time to explain everything when you have questions. I had multiple treatments and each one was done so professionally. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!

This is a really lovely spa; very clean, beautifully converted house, with quiet and serene treatment spaces. I had a relaxation massage which I thoroughly enjoyed. Staff are lovely, and friendly. I will be going back for other treatments. Highly recommend!

Elegant Ambiente with the friendliest staff imaginable, great spa menu and high quality treatment. Absolutely perfect to beat the jet lag. Definitely will go again. World traveller here and this is one of the best treatments I ever had.

Vspa is a hidden gem, Melbournes best kept secret. It is so affordable, has clean facilities, and a relaxing indulgent experience, everything is taken care of the instant you arrive until you leave. I recommend the spa packages and especially like starting with the 30 minute foot spa massage, so relaxing after spending the day in the city

Toni and Le always provide great service. They have implemented a number of measures for their spa. It felt safe and most of all clean! Waxing, brows and mani/pedi treatments - 10/10.

Definitely one of the best massages I've ever had! The spa is very nice and the staff even nicer! The massage I got was he Hilot with cupping and it was fantastic! Gina did an excellent job! Will definitely be going back!

This was the most amazing way to treat myself towards the end of the year. The head spa experience was unbelievably calming. All the staff were lovely from beginning to end, and the place itself was beautiful. They also had the option of a “silent treatment” which is great for those who just want some peace and quiet. Will be recommending to family and friends.

I’m so glad I decided to get a massage from Ellie before my flight home to Hawaii—it was truly exceptional. The spa was spotless, dim, and relaxing. Despite some background noise, Ellie’s incredible talent completely overshadowed it. Her cohesive, intuitive technique had me so relaxed I fell asleep multiple times—something no other therapist has ever done. Ellie is a rare gem with unmatched skill and touch. I will always remember this excellent experience whenever I get a massage.

love Sumin and praises to staffs for friendliness. Sumin is so so friendly and works really hard to accommodate all customers. They give great advice and transparent with price and service. Quality hair dye, not harsh on scalp as I have very sensitive scalp. 10/10 for service, quality and price!

Sumin did a amazing job with my styling. She understood what I liked and wanted. Only thing was the place was messy with all the hair on the ground. Usually in salons they clean up hair on the ground within minutes but this is the first salon I saw hair everywhere without being cleaned. Its messy and unhygienic. I was coughing due to that reason. I would come back to this place again but I hope you take this as a constructive feedback and make the space a little better.
