Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

First time visiting Izabella and I couldn’t of felt more welcome and relaxed. Spoke in depth and made a treatment plan customised to my skin concerns and type, and advised on how to maximise the benefits of the facial. This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Amazing definitely would recognise and go nowhere else xx

David listens and makes good suggestions for styling. As always, he pays attention to the little details like tidying up on your neck, and making sure the loose hair doesn't go down your shirt. He's good conversation too!

I’ve been going to Izabella for years now and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my makeup. She absolutely smashes it every single time 😭✨ She just gets exactly what I want without me even needing to explain properly. My makeup always lasts all day/night and I leave feeling my absolute best. She’s also so lovely which makes the whole experience even better. Couldn’t recommend Izabella enough 💖
