Went for a Brazilian Keratin Treatment and I am extremely pleased with how my hair was handled - from the beginning of the treatment until the end, absolutely love how my hair turned out! I had a very pleasant appointment at the Lab! Meghan and her colleagues did a great job on my keratin treatment and I was able to work from there on my laptop in a peaceful environment, while enjoying a delicious coffee! It was my first time and I'll definitely be back :D

Its been a long time since I requested an old school blow out! Craig did an amazing job creating volume and smoothness to my long hair. He has incredible attention to detail and my hair looked picture perfect! I will definitely recommend Craig for anyone wanting a beautiful blow dry.

Absolutely 5 stars! I had the most amazing hair treatment + relaxing hair wash + head massage, finished off with a fresh trim. My hair feels so soft and is looking glossy like I just walked out of a shampoo ad 😂 Ronel is a master hair expert — she knew exactly what my hair needed. And Warda was incredible too. Both of them did an amazing job and made the whole experience so relaxing. Not to mention there are a range of curated hair products that I always use to keep my hair in great condition.
