I am a new regular at FLOW since discovering them thanks to a great referral from a friend. I have tried almost every treatment over the last few months and I keep coming back because they are just so good. My hair looks and feels so much healthier after keratin treatments and fantastic cuts from Nicole who has managed to tame my wild, chemically damaged and brittle hair. I now get my nails done every couple of weeks and the massages are incredible. It is honestly the BEST one-stop beauty salon in Bali. Very happy to recommend.

It’s my third time to Flow beauty lab this week while staying in Bali. My boyfriend and I had the most incredible 75 minute massage and feel the best we have felt in ages. Riky was very nice and the haircut was good. But at the end of it, I felt it was a bit expensive for Bali and considering it only took 30 min. I was quite surprised that your prices are not net. 400,000 rupiah seemed like a fair price, but then it was 483,000 after tax and service. I think in the salon business you should quote your prices as net, including everyting. It's really ridiculous to add an extra "Service Charge" when the whole fee is a service charge...! There's no product.

THE best massage I've ever had in my life. Period. I'm not the kind of person who enjoys being slathered in oil and glided around. I'm a grabby, fascia pulling, connective tissue stretching kinda girl. So the shiatsu was perfect for me and Indah is an actual massage Goddess. 90 minutes of absolute bliss. I would seriously consider going to Bali and just copping the plane ticket fee as a 100% worthwhile cost of getting this massage again. 10/10.

Excellent mani & pedi - the attention to detail and quality was outstanding! For approximately $70 AUD I had a FULL spa mani and pedi with gel removal and gel polish and 30 minute massage! The quality was far better than anything we get in Australia for that price. If your looking for a high quality nail salon in Bali, I recommend these guys!

Adin is truly the best of the best! He was patient and professional, and he went above and beyond. He took great care of my hair, and my keratin treatment, color, and haircut turned out absolutely beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the results. Also, Reza gave the best massage. Thank you! A small suggestion for the owner: I didn't mind paying the additional IDR 300,000 for my long hair—that was completely fair. However, for a premium service, offering complimentary tea or coffee and bottled water would make guests feel even more welcome. It's a sweet gesture.

I had a great experience with Harry! He’s a very attentive and talented professional who really listens to what you want and makes you feel comfortable. Don't hesitate to book an appointment here. The service and quality is Impeccable. I had Harry as my hair dresser and he is a true artist of work. You really see how passionate he is about his career. Thankyou for creating magic 💫 in also had Reezi do a brow wax for me and her professionalism and knowledge was to utmost standard. They are also very accommodating to your needs. I was there for about 4hrs and was able to organise my lunch with them. Thankyou so much again

Amazing! my technician was so sweet, fast and efficient. She did an amazing job on my pedicure. I tipped her extra because she was so good. I asked her to file my nails a little bit more than she had done and she was so kind and did it with a smile. Other places would make you feel bad for asking for what you want. I highly recommend going here, I'll be coming again to try out a moisturizing hair experience.

Our first time here and the service was exceptional. Brought my kids and the staff were very friendly and made them feel comfortable. Love the hair styling by Fernando. He asked for my preference and delivered! Yulia on the other hand was attending to my daughter and she did an amazing job too. Shoutout to Ayu for being so helpful and attentive to our family. Not only the three of them were friendly, they even share with us places to eat and child friendly places to bring our kids in Bali. They were all so kind and amazing. Will definitely come back here again and recommend to our friends
