After each step he would slowly evaluate while also asking for my opinion to make sure the haircut is perfect. The entire experience was seamless and comfortable. Yi is fantastic! I came in for a cut and style and left absolutely loving the result. He's the kind of stylist who lets his work do the talking — no unnecessary chit-chat, just focused, skilled, and precise the whole way through. Honestly so refreshing. He was incredibly detailed and thorough, taking his time to get every section just right. You can tell he really knows what he's doing and takes pride in his craft. The salon is spacious and comfortable. All staff are helpful, friendly, offer professional advice on my hair style. My stylist is Daiki and he’s super talented and easy to talk to. I went for a straightening perm and the whole process is seamlessly done with attention to detail. My hair looks so shiny and healthy. What a gem! Thanks Daiki 😊

I’ve been doing my hair colour, root touch-up, and Tokio hair treatment with Kiness for a while now, and every visit has been amazing. Kiness is professional, patient, and pays great attention to detail. My hair always looks so beautiful afterward — soft, smooth, and healthy — even though I do root touch-ups every month.
