Such a nice first visit to Invidia. I’m new to Norwich and delighted I picked this hidden gem. Jasmine listened to my rambling explanations of the quirks of my hair, was ready with suggestions and I felt completely confident to ask her for suggestions on the cut. I left the salon knowing I could recreate the style at home and that it won’t look weird if my hair gets damp in any much-needed rain. Salon is lovely and cool too!

I had such a lovely experience with Caitlin! My layers turned out so nice and I’m really happy with how my hair looks. She was so welcoming, friendly and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She continuously made sure that I was happy with how my hair looked and never rushed anything, which I really appreciated. She even took the time to teach me how to use rollers, which was so helpful!
